Return Policy

Here at And Hydraulics, we want you to be happy with your purchase so we ask that you please confirm any dimensional data and ask questions before placing your order.  We are here to help and we ship what is ordered.  We will not be responsible for buyer errors.  

If you do need to return an item, simply send an email to andhydraulics@gmail.com.  Please include the order number and your name and a brief description of the issue.  We do not accept items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged.  If a hydraulic component has been installed or cycled, it will be considered used.

We understand that mistakes happen so if we send you the incorrect item we will issue a full refund plus the cost of the return shipping.  If you find you ordered the wrong part, you pay the cost to send it back and a refund will be issued less a 35% restocking fee.  Items must be returned withing 30 days of delivery.
